Claimant says:
"I ordered a 2 year Network Firewall Security and 2 year Service plan Support for all my devices on 02/23/2017. I was assured their plans would stop any invading of my computer for two years, My Laptop Computer has been invaded numerous times. I have called for service and the JVS Manager suggested that I pay additional funds to get the viruses out of my computer, He stated I could get a full $220 refund if I was not satisfied. He transferred me to a customer service rep that said he could email me a check to my email address. He also said he would call me the next day to confirm that I received the check. I have not heard from them again. I want my money back ($220.00) I have since spent $200.00 with America On Line Tech Support to correct the problem that JVS Globai Infosystems could not handle.
