Claimant says:
"I ordered a dress on-line from IZYDRESSBUY.com. The next day I tried to cancel the order and they would not accept my request.Their computer address changed right after I ordered to IZYDRESSBUY.us. When the dress arrived there was no return information. The dress is too small (not made to order, ordered a basic size), the fabric is cheap and I dislike the color. I have been in contact by email multiple times and they keep emailing back stating it is custom made and they can not accept the return. They suggest I sell it locally. The company is from China which I had no idea until the emails came written in broken english and the shipping label showed it came from China.

Do I have any chance of getting my money back, or stop charges to my credit card? I have called both credit cards I use and neither have any charges for this company or Pay Pal charges for the amount."
