"I James A Hall jr ACCT # 91170200669373 of layton ut 84041 was a customer of HFC beneficial for over 14 years with a original loan amount of 40.000 thousand dollers of a second mortgage with this company.i understand it was high high interest loan,and was deffinetly a victim of predetory lending of this company which civil lawsuits prove.and was deffinetly a part in why i had filed bankruptcy because of this type of lender.i payed all that was due and came out of bankruptcy only to fall prey to their tactics again by which they tacked on fees when they transferred my loan to springleaf mortgage services.i recently sold my home in feb 2014 for 148000 thousand dollers to pay these guys off
because it was not going done the principal that is.i always called beneficial and even got payoff amounts from them stateing in 2013 that payoff amount was around 33000 dollers to satisfy acct balance.well when they tranferred loan to springleaf and i wanted a payoff amount they said it was 38000 to payoff OMG! really after nearly 15 years a 40000 doller loan only down 2000 in principal and they tak on nearly 5000 during lein sale if this isnt a fraud or sham what is?well ive called them to get all the documents sent to me so i can get help to reserch this further and low a behold they cant find anything on my acct what the heck! so anyways im giving you guys a chance to resolve this before i retain a lawyer to reserch this for me please help me and fix this overcharge or whatever it is ."

1. Recovery of Losses: for what i believe was lost or missing payments not applied to account all was applied to interest only never the principal we paid on this account for nearly 15 years May 02, 2014 $5,000.00
2. Refund: when you guys sold this loan to spingleaf mortgage services my loan payoff went from 33000+ to payoff to over 38000+ to payoff something was added and i want proof but you guys cant provide it or you dont want to,im getting the run around. May 02, 2014 $5,000.00
