Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have taken my 2008 335i BMW for servicing since April 2015 for an initial oil change and requested a courtesy inspection. Inspection coolant system good. June 6, 2015 repair work for ignition coils and request courtesy inspection and coolant condition good. Recommendation for rear brakes, tires, alignment and brake fluid. These were completed on next visit. July 10, 2015 Oil changed and 3 quarts added not leak found. Recommend to bring car in every 1000 miles to check oil level. On August 12, 2015 left rear window regulator repaired and I had a courtesy check because coolant light came on and a pressure test was done. It was full, no leaks were found and light went off. The technician did not demonstrate operational of window prior to me leaving shop and about two weeks later the window would go down by itself when I attempted to put it up so I returned car for correction on September 23, 2015 when other work was being completed: brakes, pads, sensor, tires and brake fluid. I requested courtesy inspection. On October 22, 2015 had two tires mount and balanced. Reported that brake light ASB and cruise control not working. On January 6, 2016 had an oil change and diagnostic for due to front door not locking properly also ASB light still on and cruise control not working. Requested courtesy inspection. I got my car back on 1/18/16 it was filthy and unassembled pieces were in the trunk. the car has been has been running rough and I took it to another mechanic who informed me about the oil and water underneath. We have made attempts to rectify with owner but he is not willing to. Dialogue with one of the technician, Jeff, but he has since been fired. I want my car back in optimum condition prior to taking it to this mechanic."
