Claimant says:
"We had comfort seal look at our roof, they said we needed a new roof. We were snow birds and did not know any better. they wanted 1/2 down $7608.00
This was 7/25/2013. A Thursday. After a neighbor look at roof ,they said we did not need a roof but a good cleaning. So after the weekend on 7/30. We call wrote and email that we wanted to cancel the order. After much back and forth we got nowhere. We hired a lawyer and it's been more than a year and we get nowhere. We offer to pay him (Mr. Thompson). The $1500.00 his contract says we need to pay for canceling. But Mr Thompson say no deal. We paid the company $ 7600 and we think a return of some of the money should be returned.

This com. Still owes us 7600 dollars. We even try to settle on this case, they do not respond."
