"A client has written a claim of personal slander against the owners of this shop that is unjust and unfair, and has caused much emotional duress to the owner. please advise, as yelp told us this kind of insult was good for our profile! They refused to remove it. it is emotionally abusive and not helpful to anyone. Haters should not be allowed to vent on a business profile."
