"My name is Don Barnhart, a customer of WCA, acct # 099-037807 that is paid up thru Oct 2016. The company was town & country, and was great service, now WCA has not picked up our trash since aug 23. Each day i have been promised the trash woud be picked up, but has not. For the last 8 business days, i have been told it would be picked up that day. My trash pickup day is each tuesday. Have called the home office in Houston, and was disconnected. Some employees names I have talked to are:Lexie,Britney,Lacy,Jenny,etc, all have lied to me."
