Claimant says:
"I am unhappy with the whole thing, you make one change and it messes with the process, Keeping in mind that they are only human if I did my job that way I wouldn't have a job."

  • 03-25-2011 — changed service took my son off. He is now on with his wife.
  • 03-31-2011 — called about my sons phone that should have been turned off they were still billing me for even though the boy at the store told him he had to get a new number that his phone number could not be switched to different acct. which I found later was not the truth.
  • 04-13-2011 — called about error in billing, early termination fee for my sons phone which they said is waived if he stays with verizon which he did. Also fee for mifi which Monica told me would be waived.
  • 05-10-2011 — called error in billing they charged me early termination for my sons phone again. When researched she said it was for equipment, that was on previous bill.
