Claimant says:
"I am a former employee of Urge Mobile, LLC and I was a SafeLink Enrollment Agent taking information for the Free Gov. cell phones.

I had to file a lawsuit against Urge Mobile, because they failed to pay monies for work performed. Urge Mobile had caused my employer to Breach His Contract with all of his employees, because they had an issue with him, so therefore we all had to suffer when they stopped payment on his payroll check that was disbursed to/and included mines and others. Go to www.ripoffreport.com and do a search for report numbers 1164480, 1095537, and 1090519.”

(See Attachment and Notice: the email) I then filed a lawsuit and on Dec. 4, 2013, a default judgment was entered and granted in my favor, because of their failure to appear. The work I performed was in July-Sept. 2013 and as of Dec. 4, 2013, I still had not been paid the $3,154.00 due.

As of today, I have still not recovered the monies awarded from the judgment as my calls and letters to Chris Ross, the HR Manager/Corporate Recruiter have been ignored. As you can clearly see, Ross said the matter will be handled and as of today, it has not. This is the type of behavior you can expect from Urge Mobile as you see, in the attachments, they have received the proper documents, requested.
