Claimant says:
"In April they treated our lawn which was green and happy and even the technician mentioned that it looked better than other lawns in the neighborhood. After 1-st treatment lawn started to turn yellow. I called the company and told them that something is wrong with the lawn. They promised to send the technician but failed to keep the promise. Then for the second treatment they charged us $96 instead of $47 and told us that they did two treatments instead of one. After that treatment lawn completely turned yellow and looked dead. I asked them to return our money and bring our lawn back to normal condition. They said that they will not return money period. They have our credit card number and they charge us whatever they want without asking. I think they need to return $141 that they charged us and fix the lawn."
