Claimant says:
"I have been charged twice or more concerning the same item. They advertised on television
about this Hurricane spin mop was 19.99 dollar. If you call right away you will get two for the same price, but you have to pay shipping and postage. I made the order, and gave them my Visa card number. I decided right then I didn't want the mop. I called to cancel the order and did just that. They sent the mop anyway. I called them and told them I was going to send it back and they only sent one. They said, they will take 10.00 dollar off if I will not send it back.
They put on my credit card 52.97 minus 10.00 which came to 42.97 dollars. I called again and told them about the amount. I got so mad. This was in December, I went on and paid my credit card anyway. In February of this month I got a statement from my Visa account that shows I owe another 19.99 dollars from the same place I called again and they said, I paid only partial. I called the B.B.B. in my state, and they told me to write to you. The company is called Telebrand the product is called Hurricane Spin Mop. Please tell me what to do. They have my Visa number, and already charged me for it."
