Claimant says:
"TDameritrade glitches were so disastrous that I was given hours, days, weeks of inaccurate futures quotes. they were not even delayed. It was total chaos.

When I closed my positions sometimes it would show as closed but later I would see a short position or positon never been closed and actually realizing tremendous loss. ALl happened continuously and not once or a little. I can safely say there are many moments when totally wrong info outweighed correct data.

I bought a futures trade and it's an automatic hundreds of loss because the platform is selling me future quotes that have long passed.

Defnitely they are manipulating the sales routing. Otherwise I dont understand how I can be given former quotation that I knowingly skipped, passed, and waited for the new quote. So many thins were wrong and I almost was able to fully recover despite unfair circumstances but the errors and system failures continued to grow and cause chaos. I saved it from total disaster but I lost at least $12,000
I lost $7/8000+ off my week's profit and suffered losses of about $4/5000 from my week's starting balance.

violations. ridicule. humiliation. threat followed by punishments , retaliation, misinformation, manipulation, denial of service, forced sell off



Fearing more retaliation, fearing for public safety we sacrificed our well being and continued to report and requested internal investigation since actions have escalated far beyond giving reasonable doubt.



I advise public to stay quiet and silently transfer out if you want to reduce risks - ironic



TDA MAIN, TOS WEB, MOBILE, EMAIL, AND TOS, should be watched at all times because alerts and responses bounce from one another while claiming having done due diligence. I have never experienced such extensive series of shaming. Usually guilty parties refuse to answer and ghost victims but here they will maintain public presence. If resolution is a fictitious word in their culture,we reluctantly may feel obligated to undergo further damage in hopes to ensure public safety.



We shared personal crazy stories that are crazy but all true. None were exaggerated and we are compelled to do what is right. At any moment 180 approach and resolution would all have been received as having a resolution process but if such option is non existent like an unbeatable last level of a video game... Business practice must quickly stop especially if this is sign of jumping ship.

the case study of Enron is the only image as I try to make sense of it all. I almost didnt think this could be possible as if reasonable douubt and negligence could be stretched as far as utilizing it as a license to steal and not joking .... KILL. This is more dangerous than WMDs and COVID.

To all those who advertise Sponsored TDAMERITRADE ADS. Depenndiing how this ends, How proactive is your corproate responsibility given such a major player in the market. Im curious who will act according to their wallets or ethics. Uber abuses wage theft + while tending to riders even w/ loopholes attracting sales to discount and treat drivers like sweatshop workers Paypal DGAF as long as they get cashflow but how much iss a payppal amount anyways( i no no longer hate paypal) Even vegass always maintainn their classiness. I intiially fearedprolonged misery from TDA but then I thought iff i selfishly grovelled to their whims just to make life a bit easier.. It would only be atributing to the neverending cycle. Im sure *perceived* weakest links and easy targets are selected intelligently if so. Im sure welathy priveleged clients are seldom and only accidentally messed with. I would be curious to see a poll that shows discrimination in victim demographics.

Betty r Betsy from Senior account management scolded me and controlled the conversation like a police enforcer - my mothers side family are cops (one murdered in the line of duty while arressting his murderer_

I asked if she would help my mother and all the mistreatment butt she agressively addressed my mother like a paramedc to the rescue. *encore* Then using the moment as an excuse for their already false marketed product & services.

Can somenoe please tell the prison system that they can release all thieves, cons, frauds? Just like Marijuna apparaenntly lying cheating stealing and destroying American lives is now moving towards llegality. All you need is business license and models (*may vary by individual state and district*)

If any real human being is hiding amongst the TDA staffs, it must hard keeping up a smile as if one of the wolves or zombies in a apocalypse *dr evil laugh cue now"
