Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I went to purchase my lunch today at the Taco Bell at 501 15th Street NE, Auburn, WA. 98002. Upon receiving my order through the drive thru, I came to work to have my lunch. My order was for 2 crispy Potato Taco and 1 Bean Burrito. As I took my first bite, I saw that it was not potato taco but meat inside it. I called the store and told about my findings. The lady apologized and told me that there was a mix up with an order. I told her that I am a Hindu and a vege today and beef was against my religion. She told me to come by the store and pick a new order. She mentioned that they were very busy and I would not be able to talk to a manager. She mentioned that they have new employees and error had happened. I went to the store and I was given my order with a free meal note that expires on 7/8/2012. The fact of this issue is I am 50 years old and a Hindu and have not eaten beef in my life. I had this today and I blame Taco Bell with their training and details of orders that are handed out. What should I do now?"
