Claimant says:
"Saturday may 23rd my husband call Steve the area/ district Manager of our meineke to get a oil leak fixed on our car he told us to bring the car in Wednesday May 27th since it was a good day that he could be there to help with the car. When we got there Steve said he had everything there since he ordered everything that past Saturday for us to take great care of us we asked him when the car would be done he said by the end of the day. So we went home and waited till end of day and called to check on it. Jimmy the store manager at the time said it wasn't done and told my husband they needed to order a tool and it would be done by tomorrow which was Thursday. So called Thursday and got told it would be Friday due to all the appointments that he had that day ok fine. Friday still not done told it would be end of day. Which i waited. so I called and told Jimmy I wanted Steve to call me and then he hung up on me. Saturday came around and everything was done till 830pm then Jimmy called and told us they needed to order another part and it would be done by Sunday. Still not done Sunday Steve had to come to store today June 1st after a vacation to make the tech go to dealership to get part and get our car done. About 3000.00 dollars was paid Wednesday for a 5 hour job that turned into 96 hours of waiting. And cost me 12 hours of missed work due to only having the one car.
