Claimant says:
"my name is juanita munoz 62 years old and tired of trying to fix the overcharged in my bill for the las five moths. every month there is and extra charged. three months ago it was $163.00 last months 139.00 this month is 122.46 my bill should be 99.99 monthly. every month I get into an argument with the company which they keep telling me next month it will be fix. but this month they still overcharged me. when I got my phone I told them I only need a phone that i can make calls and can receive calls. I dont need anything else. Every month they charged me internet, they charged me because they say I download games, they charge me for this , for that. the problem is that there is something new every month. If they really record converations you can see my fights with them every months. to the point that las month the costumer service hang the phone on me. I spoke to a supervisor las month and told me everything will be fine. But is not. My bill should be 99.99 monthly. plese lets see if you can help me solve this problem.I even wanted to closed acct and if I do I have to pay I think 200.00 for closing contract. I dont have that kind of money. A couple months a go I had and anourysm in my brain which I had surgery and I have to go with this problem every month. I cant take it anymore, please help me I dont know what else to do and I dont know who else to call. Hope you canhelp me resolve this problem.
