"There was a man name by Steve called me quite a few times over a year, asked if I need the carpet cleaning $99.00 for 3 bedroons plus hallway. As I 've told him. not at the present time but I will let him know if I need the service. On April 2012 he called again. I asked him for the Tel 760-250-1399. My house has 50%of tiles and 50% of carpet and I take off my shoes before I entered the house each time. Therefor My carpet is always cleaned. I am a person with a kind heart, I figured if I can help some one with the business that he desperete needed so I have him scheduled for the cleaning.
On 05/14/12 a couple of young guys showed up,one of them name by the RICK looked up the rooms that need to be cleaned. he told me it will cost me $175.00 in cash to get the rooms ready cleaned. I thought it's overly expensive,but since I was mean to help the company the first place, I signed the contract. Before the job it started. The second guy name BRYAN accidentally knocked down a large chinese vase dated in year of 1900. It was passed to me through 4 generations. I was so upset and kept complained to him how could this being happen? At the end he compensated it with $100.00 cash for the priceless of vase. I couldn't sleep that night, and the next morning every inches of the carpet that was cleaned by these two guys all turned brown instead of white.
I spoke to the manager JOHN (877)-885-2642 But he did nothing to resolved the problem except gotten upset at me and using the word of F...k in verbal.
I called RAPID DRY CARPET CLEANING CO ( the local company @ 34110 Date Palm Drive Cathedral city Ca92234 to clean up the mess. I was planning to spend $99.00 for the carpet cleaning end up I was paid in &325.00 in total.
I was told by the RAPID DRY CLEANING CO that the browning in carpet it was cause by the SIERRA CARPET CLEANING servicemen did not removed the water completed from the carpet. I felt that I have been blood sucked out of my neck by the VAMPIRE. I wanted so much to have this message to be post in PUBLIC so no one will have to go through what I have been through. From now on I will never used any service company from out of town or by the telemarketing. Please send this message to RAPID DRY CARPET CLEANING CO for their outstanding work , job well done."

  • First off, I'm very happy that at least the second company was helpful and performed well. In this situation, you had a contract to clean carpets, and the company did not perform on that promise to clean the carpets. What you paid for that service should be returned to you, as well as what you had to spend to solve the problems that the company caused. If they haven't responded to this claim, a certified letter alerting them to this claim, with the information of the remedy that you had to seek, may help them respond.
