"I sent my collection of toy soldiers to the owner for a consignment sales arrangement. The owner has informed me that he has sold some of the collection. He refuses to send my share of the proceeds for these sales. He refuses to return the unsold items. He is keeping this a secret from his employees and refuses to answer my emails or accept or return my phone calls to the office"

  • I engaged you to sell my military miniature collection.l In good faith I sent that collection to you to sell on cocnsighnment. You representated to me that you sold some or all of the collection. I asked for payment for what you sold. You will not pay me and have kept the money. I asked you to return the unsold items. You will not return these. I have repeatedly sent emails and phoned your office. You will not answer my emails. You will take my calls and messages at your office to return my calls. You have stolen over $10,000 worth of mercchandise.
