Claimant says:
"The OC Animal Care acts like communists when dealing with dogs. My dog name "crunchy" never bit anybody. For unknown reason, OC Animal Care put a record that my dog "crunchy" bites people. Actually the dog name 'Kiba' bites people. I have several witnesses confirming about this dog "Kiba" bites people. I talk to Stephanie Waterman ( 714-796-6421 ) to clear up the issue. She said she can put a note on the file but she can't clear the bad record for crunchy. Last weekend, an officer from OC Animal Care came to my house to quarantine both dogs. I told them that my dog never bit anybody. But they don't listen to me and I have to pay $288 to get them back.
I always thought that I live in a democracy nation. People should have the right to defend, but this is not always the case. Could you please provide some advice in this case? Who can help if there is a dispute between dog owners and OC Animal Center? OCAC act as judge and police so they can charge money to unlucky dog owner.
