Am a physician, worked with this company, did not pay me either, they owe almost $20,000.00 can find them, can not sue them and it seems the State of Georgia could not help me.Like some body else that I see they received payment for the services provided plus premium ant they kept all the money. They accept ted money on my behalf and was not paid for my labor,I believe that is plain .theft.Have being in contact with peoples claim for at least a couple of years but got nowhere.

  • We had the exact same situation.  Still owed $3100 from work performed last January (2016).  Company is very evasive.  They claim they don't have the money, but the company I was hired to work for paid them plus a premium, so they chose to do something else with the money rather than honor the contract.  Very unprofessional. As one disgruntled employee put it-only work them if you want to work for free.

  • I'm quite surprised by this claim. Did Nationwide Locus Tenens dispute that they owe you the money, or is the company simply not paying you? Even if they pay 30 days past due--which few employees could take, and I haven't heard of reputable agencies doing--your invoice appears to be more than 60 days overdue.
