Claimant says:
"I had a contract with them to pack & move my belongings on 07-28-11 for estimated $2,800.00. They arriver 45 min late did walk through & rasied the price to over $6,000.00. After 1 hr. phone call adjusted to $4,500.00 flat rate all packing and matirials included. Started packing after 30 to 45 min they stopped. Told me they were getting more packing matirials & to wiegh truck would be back in 10 to 15 min. They never returned. Finally able to contact ofice on 08-01-11 after 3 to 4 hr wait was told sonest date to be 08-09-11 this cost me additional rent of $900.00. When they arrived they were 1 hr 45 min late. Hit a nieghbors car with their truck. Did not properly pack breakables. Did not bring enough packing matirials & just shoved things here and there. Took over 3 weeks to deliver. When delivered they were notified of many lost items. They were sent Email list of lost, damaged, broken items w/ pictures. They have not returned any of my Emails or phone calls. They have not offered to recover, lost items. They have failed to offer reembursment for lost, damaged, or broken items. They continue to fail to return calls or Emails. I have called and Emailed several times w/ no responce"
