Claimant's opinion: Laminate flooring is raised up everywhere the ends meet, some higher than others. Some area's feel sharp under bare foot. Floor looks horrible
Claimant's opinion: refuses to back warranty. Inspectors report is a lie.
Claimant's opinion: Company said I over mopped the floor. this is impossible to ruin a whole floor, anyone with this type of floor knows how to care for it. If this is the case, why would the floor be damaged under heavy funiture that is never moved?
Claimant's opinion: Moving furniture and everything possible out of main rooms to have a floor installed is alot of work. Now picture a person that has been extreamly ill for 12 years with depression and anixity having to go though this after a flood. Then, having a floor that looks terrible and having to fight to get it replaced under the companies warranty. With my health I do not want to go though this again, but this floor looks to bad and when walked on it cracks and it's raised up, it's only a matter of time before it starts popping up. having to go though this again is a nightmare, having to fight for a company to stand by their warranty is added stress. This is hard enough on a well person, this is unbearable on a sick person on disability that spends most of her time in bed. I sure dont have the engery to over mop or mop mop at all for that matter, I wouldn't ruin my own floor. What would be the point? Anyone with a lick of sense knows "and with all the adverstisements for cleaning products" for this type floor, how to care for it. Recovering from the first mess took a few months, then I had to start dealing with getting the floor replaced.
This claim has no merit to it. We were contacted by Lowe's and we sent, at our expense, a 3rd party indepenedent inspector to her home to inspect the floor. They floor the customer had over mopped or cleaned her floor and this has result in the floor having swollen seams from moisture penetration. This is a warranty type claim, this is a maintenance issue caused by the customer. She called me on 2/1 and when I did not give her the answer she wanted she rudely hung up the phone in my ear and she would contact a lawyer. This claim has no merit, it is ridiculous and deserves no time. BTW, my name Terry Drone, not Perry. I talked to the Lowe's store twice and they agreed both time that is is a consumer caused issue, not a product issue. The amount the customer is wanting or claiming is also ridiculous, she is simply trying to cover the mistakes she made at someone else's expense. She needs to be careful about accusations she is making, accusing us of filing false reports would be one of those. She feels she is entitled to something and she is not in this case.
You have again lied, Jeff with Lowes was stunned when I told him that you said he agreed with you twice that I runied my own floor. I have told Lowe's corp about this and they will be contacting me, I'm going to make the BBB aware of your resistance to follow though on your warranty. There is other problems with the floor that I haven't mentioned. I'll keep that in my back pocket. I see your flooring has many bad reviews on line. I have plenty of witnessess and proof that it's the floor, not me that is the issue. Because I never did anything but mop 3 spots on the floor because of foot cream. I never mopped the floor even when I said I was, simply because being ill I don't have the strengh to do it. You can lie all you want, this is only the beginning. I have way too many witnesses and proof that will leave your lie about me watering the floor, in the dust
