  • 05-31-2017 — First contact to purchase vehicle listed online.
  • 05-31-2017 — We discussed on the cell phone after I provided my number about two cars for $10,000.00
  • 06-01-2017 — Eugene called me and said he received $5,500.00 from my bank since we decided to make that the deposit for 2 vehicles, both CLS500. He said one of them was in Houston, Texas and will be in Atlanta, in 5-7 days.
  • 06-03-2017 — Sent a photo copy of my driver license to have both vehicles Bill of Sale made into that name and for Registration purposes.
  • 06-04-2017 — He said his mechanic shop in Tucker, Georgia said one of the eingine and transmission in the vehicles was bas and they need to get another one.
  • 06-11-2017 — I told Eugene since one was bad just give me the other Mercedes Benz CLS500, and we can continue with the second car at another time. His response was we will pay for the emissions and take the car to Mercedes Benz to be serviced.
  • 06-13-2017 — I called Eugene and text him to find out which location the car was at so I can check on it. He said he will get back to me because he was with another customer. He never got back to me.
  • 07-19-2017 — My Sister called him, Eugene hunter and so did my Brother on the same phones we were calling before and his girlfriend says he no longer receives phone calls there. My Sister is a Clerk of Court, Clayton County, Notary.
  • 06-22-2017 — I text Eugene and told him I have a very busy schedule and needed to wrap up this car business. I told him that the court will be calling him, because one of the Agents, My Sister, or My Brother who is a Police Officer for Dekalb County will pick up the car, since I am out town on business. He would not talk to them. I called and he did not answer my calls.

    "GODFATHER AND GOOD FELLAS ARE TWO DIFFERENT LLC...GODFATHER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GOODFELLAS...THE ADDRESS PROVIDED FOR THE COMPANY IS NOT US. WE DONT HAVE AN OFFICE THERE. WE TOLD THE CLIENT IF THEY WANT A REFUND THEY HAVE TO SEND US A LETTER NOTARIZED WITH A COPY OF THERE ID SAYING THEY WANT A REFUND. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED AS OF YET IN THE MAIL"
