Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze from Four Aces Automotive Group and literally, the car broke down the very next day. Stoney had the car towed for repairs then he kept the car. Basically, Stoney took my $3,500 then he took the car as well. I'm a single mother from Florida, trying to provide for my Kids and my disabled mother. I'm currently without transportation to get my Kids to school and my disabled mother to her cardiologist appointments. Meanwhile, I'm catching rides around Atlanta and Stoney Williams is on facebook showing off all the money and cars he's scammed people out of. Do NOT purchase any vehicles from this scammer, Period!"

  • Add your information hA small hose broke on your vehicle. And even though it was not covered under your warranty our dealership repaired it at no cost to you. our dealership then requested your binder for your insurance of comprehensive and collision insurance 13 days after you put a down payment and took retail delivery that you are required to have as per your retail installment contract. You then became belligerent and yelled obstinacies about how you could not afford that type of insurance and did not have it and would not be getting it. We then gave you a 10 day letter demanding the full balance of $2746.00 because you had broken the terms of your retail installment contract by not purchasing the insurance described in it. We have followed the law and terms of our contract and went above and beyond for you as a customer. But we cannot allow you to remain an installment customer while in default.
