Claimant says:
"I had Newwave TV Phone and Internet after some time the bill got to be to high so I was looking for a new service and I was down at Walmart when there was a booth setup for Directv and this guy sold me on a package what was called a Bundle package ( Phone , Internet , And TV for 94 dollars a month )

It took them three times to get the job done and then they had to make alot of calls to get everthing to work this was April 24 2016 . And every month I have to call them to get my bill to read what it should cause they keep wantting to charge me any where from 135 to 165 a month . As of today when I called they told me that the paper work I had sign was not a contract but a Receipt . I told them that if that is the case then I should not have to pay any early treamantion fees then cause I didn't sign a contract . When I said that . They started back steping and said they would try to get this fixed before the end of the day . This is getting old cause I have had to do this every month now that I have been with them ."
