Claimant says:
"I, along with my daughter & 2 grandsons stayed at this location, 6/13/14 - 6/15/14. When we arrived to room 207 it was extremely hot walking in, we had to be moved from room #207 to another room at 2:00 a.m., due to bedbugs. We were moved to 213, I was told by Ms Pat the mngr, that I would not be charge for the room 207. When checking out on Sun.6/15/14 I signed the receipt for the amount of $198.88 due to an additional room, my son had and was unable to make the trip. After checking my account, I was charged an additional $98.35. I spoke with the hotel, and I was told I had additional rooms. I advised, that I was charged $198.88 at check out time, and this is the contract that I signed, not for an addiyional $98.35. A coke was purchased from the vending machine, with an experation date of 12, 2013. This location only had 1 maid, In order to get clean towels, you had to take your towels to the front desk. We did bring 3 basketball teams to this location for tournaments."
