Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am a Preffered Digital customer, and I'm supposed to receive approximately 250
channels but I only get "Basic cable." This issue has gone on about 2 years and I have
called so many times to no avail, but they are charging me as "Digital Preferred", over
$100.00 per month.
I want Comcast to send an Engineer out to my apartment complex,and re-wire or
replace these old corroded wires which is the reason I am only receiving 50 channels,and I should be getting 250 channels. I want my money returned.
The apartment in which I live need a complete rewire overhaul and Comcast knows
this. I had 5 tech's in my home for the past two weeks, and they tell me this job calls for
a engineer. I Call, Call, Call,est......making appointments and charging me. Comcast don't
want to correct, they Only want to collect."
