"I was on a 8 day eastern carribean cruise from 2/1/2014 thru 2/9/2014; the whole trip I was treated with absolutely no respect or dignity while I was on the ship, it was as though I was treated like a common criminal. If that was the case why didn't security or crew say something to me? The reason I am filing the complaint is that no one should be treated like I was, and the funny thing is I have no idea what I have done, thank you"

  • I have written to carnival and all they tell me is they are sorry, that is great except the pain I had to go through for 8 days, it needs to be publicley noted that there has been harrassment by carnival staff and it will not be tolerated

  • All I wanted to do from day 1 is enjoy a peaceful 8 day trip, will never cruise with Carnival again,maybe if I treated the staff the way i was treated, they would understand, I;m speaking of officers also.
