THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS! I also ordered a free trial and nowhere did it say that it would be a re-accuring charge and shipment. (Close to $200 a month) I just paid the shipping of $4.95. I wanted to try this product first. After being sent an automatic charge and shipment I called this number (855) 511-1348 and talked to Kevin, I told him I cannot afford this every month and he suggested how about every two months? So I agree ...But the creams they sent, burn my skin and I have used these few months with NO visible decrease in wrinkles......so I tried to call back that same number and no one answers but they have a recording that says to email support@beautywrinklereducer.com to cancel further charges
THIS IS A SHADY BUSINESS! I would NEVER recommend getting a free trial from them. It is a trap, a very expensive one that I still haven't gotten out of
The number I called is 1-800-241-0010 or 1-800-297-6114. This is the customer call center located in Florida.
I had the same experience. No answer at the # that charged my account. I finally looked at the product and using a magnifying glass found a number that answered my call. I had to mail back the sample and was given RMA 's. Within three days of the product received at their end I will be reimbursed 100%. I will see if this happens.
I called this number on of 8555111244 and they tell me that they can' t find the order and I want to cancel and haven' t been able to do that I do not want any charges due to this conversation
Kathleen, That number is not the best number. I found another number here:http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/beauty wrinkle reducerThe number i found is 884-388-3475. You may find another here. The company now has slightly different names to avoid negative feedback and press.
You call this number you provided and get a recording that this number is no longer in service. I've been attempting to call the 855-511-1244 number and after a LONG period of ringing, someone answers doesn't say a word and just hangs up! What a SHAM!! The damned products (creams) don't work, are sent monthly unsolicited and unwanted!! My mother simply ordered what she THOUGHT was a "FREE SAMPLE". At 87, she just wanted to look nice! She paid the original shipping & HANDLING, ALSO. She has nothing to live on aside from a meager SSI. I want her to get her $$$ BACK!!!! STOP the future charges and STOP sending this crap they "call" Beauty Wrinkle Cream". They were called "BEAUTE" WHEN SHE FIRST ORDERED THE FREE SAMPLES!!!WHY HASN'T THE StATE OF FLORIDA GONE AFTER THESE SCAMMERS?? Wouldn't it be a federal case too as they are using the USPS to send their fraudulent product?!! I want my mothers' credit card to be refunded every cent they've charged her since she ordered the free samples!!!!
Sandy, So sorry you are a victim of their criminal acts. Read the reply by myself just above your comment on 7/20/17.That's all I have at this time. You may be able to find additional numbers on ripoffreports.Attorney Generals usually do the best to get their attention. Hope this helps.
THANK YOU, Robert.
Hopefully anybody that is thinking about ordering this please do your research first cause they are a total ripoff and when u call them they or rude and just say sorry no refund but will cancel your other orders . But I never ask for another order in fact I was sending this one back it does not work at all the best is no7 so if u tried it stay don't do what I did and go by someone would be truthful cause there not there one of the company's that's just a ripoff, so do a background check before u do your trail.
Unfortunately this is a VERY common practice. Canada has much stricter rules about how free trials are offered and how long you have to try products before returning.
Would strongly recommend filing complaint with FTC but current administration is much more likely to weaken FTC than strengthen it : (
jonathon,Thank you for the information. I will file a claim with the FTC. Robert
1) It is unethical to mislead prospective buyers in believing that they are getting a product to try for only shipping cost when actual plans are to gouge the customer and charge their credit card without prior knowledge. Their policy currently is that if they hide the trial terms on another page that the customer will have to look for, instead of searching, they will just trust the company and purchase. We will get the accurate legalities for this type of business practice from the FTC.
2) I don't know of any ethical sales website that hides their sales or trial terms in the "terms and conditions" page located at the bottom of the page (the small print area) where the prospective buyer has to look for a condition that directly applies to their receiving a trial product version. 99% of buyers do not click on that small link at the bottom. (and this company knows this) The purpose of this area is required by the FTC as a general information area to protect each parties rights - not for a particular product term. That information should be in clear site on the sales page and on the check out page. This company is not open with their customers by advising them of what to expect.
3) To let the consumer know that Beauty Wrinkle Reducer uses ethical practices in doing business with their customers, after the above has been corrected, a public apology would be in order to increase their flawed reputation.

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
You can submit up to three solutions / rebuttal, you would like to settle or to be voted on.
