Claimant says:
"The front desk woman slanderously and falsely made a claims to my friend that I had another person impersonate her and made charges on her credit card and that she should press charges! None of this is true and I want the person fired and apologize to my friend and myself. I want the phone records of the conversations I had from room number 11016 and from 29157
On the dates of the 27th of may to the 1st of June!!
Pretty simple!
I also want all my comps and freeplay raised or given for a period of time without restrictions. And comped as frequently as I want without restrictions in suites and to have the stay I should’ve had on this trip that was ruined by this persons lies!! Which apparently went to security and bell and other staff. I’m just humiliated by this situation and it’s affected so much more of my life I can go on and on it it’s snowballed and I expect to be satisfied accordingly I’m coming to you Aria corporate first before I make a bigger deal out of this than has to be so please treat this seriously this is not a joke or a ploy I’m 100% livid at this situation and want to be justified and compensated... I enjoy this place normally, this is the first bad experience but it’s a very very bad unbelievable one so please contact me"
