Claimant says:
"I received a quote to have them move me for $2,000. They charged me $4050.00. They were late an hour. Only there for an hour and then told me that they couldn't do the job in one day that it would be two days and would be more money. What could I do? I had to move. They broke things, lit off my husband's fireworks, were pigs, leaving what I had bought them for lunch all around. In fact, leaving drinks on my wooden tables and making rings. They damaged the wall and door in my new home, they did not wrap things just shove them in a big box randomly. Example: I had a special piece of pottery that they put in a mop bucket and then put the mop on top. They went through some of my liquor boxes commenting on some of the liquor. They left items at the old house. The only thing they set up was my bed. I can not find cables They hit me with a chair in the head. The final day it was like dump and run. When I called them they have given me the run around. Finally they sent me a ridiculous form that is so complicated it is awlful. I feel that they took advantage of me knowing that I had to move and had no choice in the matter to consent. The job and the foreman especially was totally unprofessional. At one point, without my permission they put liquor in my friend's back truck."
