"Negative reviews stay and hardly are taken off even though we have offered Yelp to submit the proof of false claims by some patients. The response is ALWAYS the SAME generic reply. When the patients are contacted, either privately or on Yelp response to the review, never respond back.
90% of our 5 star reviews have been filtered and 70% of bad reviews (4 out of 6 are false and we have hard evidence to show that) pass through the filter, stay and always come higher than the newer positive reviews.

Our business is suffering tremendously and our reputation built over the past 8 years is tarnished beacuse of 6 reviews that are not justified and most are claiming false premises.

I had to email Yelp about a patient that has made multiple racist remarks to our satff and other reviews that she posted before. She claimed things that were false and we have all the images on survailance video of the office. Yelp took down the review and the reviwer cleaned up her "expereince" at our clinic as well as ALL her other reviews, and posted another review one star) after our office refused to accept her litigation case (our office does not do that since 2013).

Unfortunately, when patients have to pay their responsibility for what their insurance company has not paid, they claim that we are fraud! We have to show them that what they are being charged is established between them and their insurance company and not us.

Yelp has been contacting us for ads and many time and after I refused to accept, most of our positive reviews are getting filtered and ALL the negative ones stay."
