Claimant's opinion: patients that have to pay money for services out of pocket (because their insurance company does not cover all their services) tend to claim that our office is a fraud...we have explained this to the patients and the majority already know the fact. Only 3 reviews are claiming that and we have offered all the explanation, however, that has not changed their reviews.
Claimant's opinion: no respond back from the reviewers when explained their concern. Yelp forces you to put a personal picture of yourself as "business owner" even though we are a corporation otherwise you can't post a comment to the flase claims. once you are forced to accept such move, the reviewer never respond back.
Claimant's opinion: one reviewer says that has been receiving care from our clinic for the past 6 months (which ususally indicates your asatisfaction of the care received!) and when the clinic director (a chiropractor) did not call back to explain why a medical doctor injected her knee the way he did (clearly not in the scope of a chiropractor), she wrote a full page negative review! although the clinic director immediately had the injecting doctor contact the patient (reviewer) to take care of ther concerns. I am thinking if you had been seeing 4 different practitioners in the clinic for 6 months, you leave a 1 star b/c the clinic director had the doctor directly involved repsond to your concern?

Claimant's opinion: 32 FIVE star legitimate reviews have been filtered vs 2 ONE star. 6 ONE star reviews have made it safely through and only 12 FIVE stars have.
Claimant's opinion: Unfortunately, disgruntled people/patients can easily ruin ones reputation because they take the time to post on yelp to make a point. There is NO WAY to reason with some of them despite presenting hard facts (i.e, statements, insurance claims, videos, etc)
Claimant's opinion: We used to get many patients from online because we are a Wellness Group (medical clinic) in Santa Monica, from Yelp. Now zero in the past 8 months. Most people in this town Yelp, that's how some of our patients were furious about some of the negative reviews about us and decided to post (and of course they got filtered).
