Claimant says:
"In August of 2010 I entered a one year agreement with Version and only Verizon for bundled services of phone, internet and direct TV services.
Every time it rained I loss both my phone service and internet service. I made numerous complaints to Verizon to no avail, in fact I was told what do you expect us to do we can’t have personnel waiting at your residence for it to rain. In March of 2011 I canceled the internet service account of poor service and was charged an early termination fee of $120.00 by Verizon.
In September of 2011 I canceled all remaining services phone and direct TV. I was charged $220.00 by direct TV for early termination even though my contract was with Verizon. Direct TV stated that they had a two year early termination fee.
Numerous phone calls to Verizon and direct TV failed to resolve this issue. I had to pay this fee to direct TV as they threatened my credit rating if it was not paid.
At no time did I enter any agreement with direct TV my only agreement was with Verizon for one year. I paid all bills to Verizon and all correspondence was with Verizon thus I feel Verizon should straighten this out by refunding my $220.00 payment to direct TV and making sure that all credit rating issues are resolved if any exists ."
