Claimant says:
"I have been complainting about my phone for about 6 months. I have been having dropped calls and now I am also getting static on the line and I can hear a echo on the phone and also the person I am talking to can hear it at times. I have been down to the store where I got the phone at several times and nothing has been done except they did put a new sim card in, and they say that they will do some trouble shooting and that still did nothing. All I want is to now drop them but they say I would have to pay $2oo.oo in order to be dropped well I don't have that kind of money becouse I am on ss disabilty. And I think this phone should have lasted longer then 1 year. I have also talked to custumer service many times and still nothing has been done and I think that this matter should have been taken care of before it had to come down to this. I just want out of this contract so I can go else where. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN."
