Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Signed up for internet device for my computer. It never worked properly. After numerous trips back to store of purchase it never was resolved. i canceled that service but not my daughters or my phone service. They wanted to charge a 200.00dollar early termination fee. I paid the phone bill and said the fee for early cancelation fee was in dispute. Without notice they shut both phones off. I wrote them and two weeks later without service they agreed to to turn on my service but to send the device back to an address in new mexico wich i did. The day after they recieved the device without notice they shut my phones down with a message that states at the customers request they are not recieving any incoming calls.My #206-334-0300 I had to pick up a throw away temporary. That #206-619-4981 thank you sincerly ROBERT PAYTON"
