Claimant says:
"Spent 25-20mimutes attempt of cleaning carpet in 5 rms. on 9/19/14. Returned 9/22/14 to reclean. Timed them at 9mins. They were rude until I asked them not to be rude! The carpet is still dirty with noticable large stains that get cleaned every 6 months. They left carpet twice as wet as they were obviously in a hurry to leave! When wife called manager, she was told that she was one of THOSE people that could never be pleased! Absurd, as my wife is a very sweet, kind woman. Wife was told to call back next Monday if we wanted to file a complaint with the owner. His name is Mike, as they would not release the last name. My wife phoned several times trying to get the manager to come take a look. His response was that they do not want our money and will do no further business with us, My wife explained how we had used their company twice before and had no problem whatsoever. He would not budge. We want our money back so we can pay another company to clean our carpet. His response was that we will not receive a refund nor will he come take a look for himself because my wife "can never be pleased." And he told my wife that I said she could never be pleased, which I did not say. That upset her which in turn, upset me. We have detailed photos to show when necessary. Photos that have unchangeable details showing date, time, and location. We really just wanted to get our carpet cleaned before the holidays as we have a great many visitors. My wife asked the manager if he thought his workers were truthful and that she was lying, to which he once again responded, "You can never be pleased." He would see the truth if he will just come and have a look for himself, but again refused. He just wants us to go away."
