"SLS been reporting Mortgage Account#7886 to the 3 credit report agencies AS DEROGATORY AND BEEN LATE ON MY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS AND HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE LETTER OR STATEMENT OF MY MORTGAGE ACCOUNT.

AND I HAVE REQUESTED ON THE PHONE EVERY TIME I MAKE MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT TO SEND ME HISTORY OF ALL MY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS AND HOW THEY BEEN APPLIED TO THE LOAN AND THE PAY OFF MY MORTGAGE LOAN ACCOUNT AND THEY SAID I NOT ALLOWED TO GET THAT INFORMATION BECAUSE I FILED BK CHAPTER 13 HAVING RECEIVED MY ANNUAL ESCROW STATEMENT OF HOW MUCH ITS MY NEW PAYMENT FOR THIS YEAR 2021 LOAN

ITS ADJUSTABLE AND NEED THE FORM 1098 TO DO MY TAXES NEED TO KNOW WHATS THE BALANCE OF MORTGAGE LOAN AND WHY IM 270 DAYS PAST DUE ON MY PAYMENTS GOT PROOF OF ALL MY PAYMENTS HAVE NOT MISSED OR BEEN LATE ON THE MORTGAGE LOAN"

    File a complaint with the CFPB and your state banking regulator. This should be easily sorted out. Make sure that you have records of all your payments. Also, check that SLS didn't opt you in to getting online statements only so that you were expecting bills in the mail when they actually came via email.
