"I have purchased their services in January of 2012. I had one treatment only and every time I have tried to schedule another appointment the machine was broken, any other time once the machine was working they were fully booked, so I was never able to start the treatment with suggested follow up. They didn't try to make my inconvenience any easier by unprofessional treatment of their client. I have had only one treatment and no further contact, when I tried to contact them, left several messages!!! Then I was re-located due to military transfer. I have tried to contact the location but the phone number is not working and when I have searched the internet they are closed. I have not received product or treatment that I have paid for. I would like to dispute the bill."
