Claimant says:
"I started working for him in the Forclosure Property Maintenance Business going into homes already in forclosure with no Electricity and running water owned by the Banks 07/14/2010 to 08/05/2010 and I sent several e-mails to him and he has not paid me for the work that I have actually preformed for him. He has sent me up to today five checks for a total of $449.39 which is nothing what it should of been, and he is trying to justify it by claiming I did not do the work satisfactorly by leaving certain things undone according to the attached paperwork he send with the checks, which is a lie and I can prove it with my documents I have kept very good notes and a ledger of work on every house that I went into and preformed. I have detail work order records of every home that I went into on a daily basis changing the locks - winterizing the house - cutting the grass and weeds when required - removing garbage from premises, taking digital pictures of inside and out including before and after pictures of all necessary things that needed to be done per the work order, plus added things I did for him per his request on special dates like go to a eviction at the last minute in Elizabeth to meet three Scheriffs officers, or remove 8 cubic yards of garbage so he would not get in trouble for a price he told me at the time for $189.00 I can go into exact detail times and dates and in some cases exact money for that particular job whcih he promised me he would put into my file. I went into 80 different homes in the short period that I worked for this guy, in the hottest part of the summer. I would like to get my compensation for the services that I preformed in good faith and without any problems which I worked for and was told I would receive my money 28 days from the day that I worked, because that's how the bank pays him, and now he is making all sorts of excuses and reasons of why he is sending me the amounts of money that he is which is totally wrong and he knows it and I sent him e-mails(I have copies) disputing the dollar amounts in every instance and the services that I preformed, he will not talk to me or even e-mail me to the corrections that I seek either, I guess he knows he can get away with it, and its wrong.
