"fees to hook up to city sewer, i already payed $6600 to bring in the line. now they added a $3000 charge to hook, that is beside $3000 to have it a sewer guy hook it up. he told me he dont understand why some people dont have to pay and some do. well with this fee, we will could never to pay a total of $13000 to get city sewer, its just another way rockford is bleeding its residents dry. its not fair for some not to have the fee, and others do."
