Claimant says:
"Miss Regina Stephens failed to make her monthly car payments and insurance payments as contracted on May 18, 2013.

I have not received the following payments from Miss Stephens:
Sept 27, 2013 in the amount of $485.05
October 27, 2013 in the amount of $485.05
November 27, 2013 in the amount of $485.05
December 27, 2013 in the amount of $485.05
Plus four months of car insurance in the amount of $452.00

Miss Regina Stephens was looking for a vehicle. So, I drew up a contract on May 18, 2013 and brought it to a notarist and signed it, for the 2011 Toyota Camry.

There are no disputes at this present time. I've only sent a certified letter to her place of residence on January 08, 2014. Requesting payment in the amount of $$2,484.20 or to come up with a payment plan.

$485.05 x 4 = $1,940.20 (car payments)
$23.00 x 4 = $92.00 (late fees)
$113.00 x 4 = $452.00 (car insurance)

I am seeking payment from her because it was a contract that was agreed on. South East Toyota Finance continues to keep my credit score in bad status."
