"My name is Alfredo V. Cabading, 4292 Darwin Way, San Diego, CA92154. Last April 17th I entered a 14-day free trial period of the FreshSkin product.  I was supposed to pay for the shipping only. I have not opened the product yet because I was out of town, but on April 29th I checked my account activity and there's a charge of $94.95 to my account from FreshSkin.  I called the number under the name of the Company and the Customer Care connected me to a representative.  The representatives (4 of them because I tried to call them four times) are very rude and not helpful.  I explained my concern, they gave me a cancellation number but I still am going to be charged $94.95.  When I asked for explanation of why was I being charged when the contract is not over they hung up without any word. The cancellation number I was givenL:  3224248.

  • I received this as a free trial. I soon received another bottle that I did not order and saw that I was charged 94.95. I called. They said I had an account - I did not. I requested that they refund my money. They said they would take the product back if it was unopened and only charge me 85% of the cost as a restocking fee. After 15 minutes on the phone and speaking with a "manager," they finally agreed to take the product back and refund 100% of my money. I was given a confirmation number. I kept watch on my credit card for the refund, and guess what? Not only did they not refund my money, they charged me another $94.95! And now nobody will answer the phone. I would love to support this lawsuit, as this company is nothing but a major, deceitful, thieving SCAM!!!!!
