Dianne R. says: I was charged for two different face creams. I only ordered the serum. I was charged for both over $90.00 !! before the 14 day trial was up. I am on a budget of only $500.00 a month. I guess I will be eating the face creams for dinner !!! It should be a law that you have to call your customers before taking such large amounts of money !!! This was my first time buying on line and my last. What a mess..,

Alfredo C. says: They do not honor their contract--re: 14-day free trial, but in reality they will charge you for the product even before the conclusion of the free trial. When confronted about their action, they will ignore the complaint (as what happened to me -representatives hung up on me for four different times), and without saying a word they will hang up the phone.
