"They did not finish the job they promise they did damage to my property while work at my and first the owner owe up to it and then reneged to fixing the damage and also did not finish job the promise ! It has been three week and my house is a mess , so I refuse to sign the checks , but I want help with this situation !"

  • All those claim not true , when say I was being violence that a lie I ask him to leave my house because was trying to take picture without my permission , refusing to leave my house after his guys punch two holes in my bath tub which has agree to replace , which I have server voice and text message where he Carlos admitted to, and try to hand me a tub the Plumbling was ready to install but I refused because of the dad damage the plumber explain to me something he fail to realize , I done nothing wrong , yes he kept calling threaten me secretly recording trying play comum , and trying get me to say wrong so I was very upset , this is a liar and I'm willing prove in court , because one I didn't call this company this guy just show up In my garage saying how he can help me I just trust the Plumbling guy , this guy Carlos is the one made all these promise until his poke aim my tub and notice he never mention it , he arrange all these sister company come to my house and he explain toe they in business together , which didn't like this all these different people at my house without him thier , and far him doing my baseboard that wasn't a problem because out of his mouth to me if I gave him the insurance claim he will take care I didn't ask , I was willing to pay for my own baseboard which I have a quote on the material which was 117.00 nothing you talk apple and orange he never mention how he was the one made the promise , he's the one kept calling trying to convince me to sign some papers on a incomplete job , this guy is a liar I don't want nothing free he mention another company , I mention him and all the guys he sent , my Insur claim adjuster was there when his was begging for work when he and his guys havent finish what Carlos promise , again yes I was up set because this guy damage my property and he's standing in my house begging not to tell my adjuster , text message don't lie , voice message don't lie , I'm willing to take this to court under oath and you will see who tell the truth , I grab this phone to stop him taking pics in my house without my permission , he mention none of this , this dispute is not over money , it over the shady business he was doing , he's a liar not to be trust and under oath the true will , it not but money , also he never mention how told me how got paid and I don't like it take up with my Insur because they already sent him the check, until he realize I had to sign it, at the time all I wanted is my house put back together , so let's take theis to court , I will admitted that I was scream and curseing on the phone because this guy is a manipulator a liar , I had every right to be up set , and like I said this has nothing do with another company , I have witiness to ! Bring under oath the whole truth will come out this guy will get exposed ! The text message and voice will show the shady business tactic ! We never had a problem with the base board or paint , he made the offer I accepted , we never had conversation about again we never gotten to that part , I never ask he offer, since he brought up I had already agree pay my own base board and color paint this guy is a liar!

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

    "I have just receive this complaint from my General Manager, since you sent the message to him and not to me the owner. Mr. Grimble has my business card and on it is my email address & website. He knew this since I was the one dealing with him from the beginning when we first met.

    Quickdry Response LLC has fulfilled all obligations on his insurance claim set forth by his Insurance adjuster Mr. McGee. We also have received payment in full from his insurance company for completing the water mitigation work. Unfortunately the check is written is both our names. We cannot process it until Mr. Grimble signs and endorses that check. Since our work was 100% complete and the insurance adjuster approved our completion, the adjuster sent the check directly to my office and not to Mr. Grimble's home, especially knowing that Mr. Grimble by this time had already gotten physically and verbally abusive with me.

    Quickdry Response LLC is NOT a General Contractor and therefore cannot make any repairs to Mr. Grimble's home. We are a water mitigation, emergency company. We stop & remove the damage only. We do however, work with several general contractor who we refer. This client, Mr. Grimble wanted the repair company to provide work and material for free. He wanted new 6" baseboards to be provided and installed throughout his entire downstairs area for free, when his existing baseboards were only 2 1/4" tall. He then wanted the repair company to not only provide this new 6" baseboards, but he also wanted them painted also for free. When the project manager for the repair company did not agree with him, Mr. Grimble then became violent and verbally abusive to me. All of my workers including another company heard him from outside. We also have recorded calls of his cussing & unprofessional behavior. At this time, the general contractor we referred had to fire this client due to his violent behavior & unprofessional manner as well as wanting the free work not approved by his insurance company.

    Mr. Grimble is holding our payment hostage until the General Contractor completes we originally referred them to do, plus the free work he was requesting. He of course expects the general contractor to fund the entire job and trust him that he will pay in full when the job is done, even though he has failed to meet his signed payment agreement with us, the mitigation company.

    This complaint is part of his tactic to try and manipulate. Since he has refused to pay & behaved in this manner, there is no contractor willing to work with him.

    At the end of our job, Mr. Grimble even told my men that all was good and that he was completely satisfied with our work.

    He signed and read our agreements that payment in full was to be rendered upon completion of the mitigation work, which he has not done.

    I am happy to give more detail as there was alot that happened. He basically assaulted me in his home, every conversation is filled with foul language and abusive insults. If this continues, this may become a civil and possibly criminal case. If you would please call me, I am happy to discuss, I have many witness as to this clients behavior and it would not be fair or just if you allow him to mar our good reputation.
