Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My husband passed away in april 2012 . We purchased a 2011 kia forte when pass we still owe on the car, on my 29th i paid the bank the remaing blance which was 19,099.15. They withdrew the money out of my account within two days. When I went to the bank that day i had my husband's death certifcation the clerk that took my check (name lavan) told me that i did not need the death certificate .My sister inlaw witnessed this so we proceeded with the transaction. He said i will recevie the title to car within 5 to 10 days . its now july 26 2012 and I still do not have title for the car i paid for. I have been making contact with the bank , they now say i need the death cert. So I go to their bank and fax the death cert. and every thing else they ask for. All they have been doing is giving me the run around i told them as quick as you took my money out of my account ,they can come and get car and refund my money. All i want is the title of car i paid for or refund my money . I'm still grieving my husbands death and this is stressing me out .please help me solve this problem"
