Claimant's opinion: I am aware of The Colorado Consumer Protection Act §6-1-70 which prohibits dealerships in the state of Colorado from such Auto Fraud!
Dear Lori, we understand the confusion about providing the proof of income. However the bank statements you provided did not have your name, account number or address on them. With this information missing it was difficult at best to use those as proof of income. The second issue is at the time of purchase you indicated and signed documentation that you were the owner of a competitive vehicle and would like to apply the rebate towards the purchase price of the car. The signed documentation clearly states you would provide a copy of the current registration for this vehicle in order to utilize rebate. We STILL do not have the registration and cannot get ahold of you. If you cannot provide this registration we will need a check for $1000.00 as soon as possible or we will be forced to send to collections. If there are any questions we can answer please do not hesitate to ask. The phone number here is 970-576-3100
Kia Peak North is on the verge of being sued for trying to rewrite a binding contract. Darren Hahn is a wittness to the events regarding the purchase of my vehicle and this particular claim.
Lori, we are a little unclear as to the reference of "re-writing" a contract. The contract has been funded by the lender. The only part of the "binding" contract left to fulfill is the registration you committed to provide for the $1000.00 rebate. If you would like I would be more than happy to fax you the documents signed by you to provide the registration? If there is any thing else we can help with please let us know.
I anticipate I've been scammed. The courts will be handling this one, and Peak Kia, you are the defendant!True Scams:down payment after papers are signed March 16, 2009 9:27 PM Subscribe Complaint: NewCarOwnerFilter: Got a new car, signed the papers (including financing through dealer), and took the car home. PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
You can submit up to three solutions / rebuttal, you would like to settle or to be voted on.
