"The night of Sept.29,2012 , the ad was on Dish channel 224 about the NuWave PIC, buy one cooktop and get one free PLUS FREE bonus(Two complete NuWave PIC cooking packages included, the lady on the phone said all that, all you paid was for the first cooktop and the pay the postage on the rest so we did , we received the one cook top on Oct.3, 2012 and the carrying case with recipe book, I finally called them this week , Oct. 18, and asked why we hadn't received the rest of the things we were supposed to get, well the lady said OH NO, you only paid for one top, I said OH NO when I called to order the cook top. the ad on TV said BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, 3 PAYMENTS OF $33.33 with $29.95 S&P PLUS FREE BONUS1 TWO COMPLETE NUWAVE PIC COOKING PACKAGES INCLUDED. Well we went ahead and paid the whole sum which came to $136.94. So now we onlyi have one cook top with the carrying case and the recipe book. I just don't want anyone else getting swindled like we did, we could have ordered the top out of the catalog cheaper than that if we only wanted one. I would just like to have what we were told we were suppose to be getting, according to the AD on TV and the ad is still on the internet so I have proof cause I have copied it, so that would be another cook top plus two complete NuWave cooking packages."
