Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have brought Cadillacs for the past forty years. This is my eight one and this is the third one I have brought from this dealership. I really do believe that they know the paint on this car is defective or possibly the finish was demaged when they detailed the car before delivery. I was told this by one of their technicians in the detail shop that he suspected this happen. I believe this is why the Cadillac Division is being told there is nothing wrong with the paint on the car.

I was told a number of things by the salesman, At first he couldn't see the swirls and he told me that all of the black cars on the location had the swirls in them. He implied one time that I should just deal with it and that he peferred black cars personally and that swirls in the paint didn't bother him. I was also told that the employees in the bodyshop did not want to try to correct the problem because I was to far over the top with what I wanted. I do not believe that this is the type of quality that Cadillac offers."
