Claimant says:
"i was involved in a chemical spill that involved your product (roundup) and it burned my throat and lungs , they never heeled 100% like they should have and doctors said i had a 50-50 chance they might and they did not. i got mac disease and asthma and after years of this i have lost my job of 29 yrs. due to not being able to perform my job duties. i have no insurance now and have doctor's to see every 3 months for treatment for the mac disease and asthma. it would be nice to see someone step forward and resolve this issue even though i don't have CANCER! as of Dec.2021 i have been put on a nebulizer system to help with my breathing. the mac disease is active as of my last cat scam in may 2021."

  • i got a response from the company and was told it would be forwarded to the attorney . might hear from them again in about another year!

  • another year gone by w/o any action and the people from bayer claim that the product is safe for use! well if it is safe for use then why are so many people ill including myself? maybe one day this will be resolved.

  • recently had cat scan and the results came back as active in left lung and scaring in right lung. after getting the 2 covid shots i have had trouble with my breathing being heavier.

  • heard from an attorney 8 months ago and was told they will get back to me. that never happened this year! when you are the last pickle in the jar nobody wants it. be nice just to get this settled in my life time!
