  • I am having teh same problem with Certified Field Associates (CFA) regarding a considerable sum. Just one shop alone, which I clompleted two months ago, remains unnpaid. for that shop (17 theatre audits in one day) CFA owes me more than $300 including reimbursement. They have refused to answer any correspondences about it. At this point I have given them an ultimatum that comes due today. I have an appointment with a US Postal Inspector (items were sent through the US mails under CFA's assurance of payment for services and materials rendered), will be speaking with my bank (owing to the direct deposit) and perhaps the FBI (owing to the interstate commerce). I have contacted the corporate office in Colorado (no word yet).

    Also, it is of note that CFA uses temporary employees who are nearly impossible to hold accountable. Only first names, and later one is told , "There's no one here by that name." Emails that CFA promises to send regarding increased payments are not sent. This is a problem as many times it is out in the field when an increased payment is discussed, and upon returning home, one finds no such email despite having doe the job. This in turn leads one to understand why CFA's revolving door of temp employees is a problem.

    I certainly do not recommend CFA, as they will refuse to pay out for the rare better-paying jobs.
