I was a colleague of Dr. Awolesi. Dr. Awolesi was fired and out of work for five years. As a friend I loaned him money. Dr. Awolesi intentions from the beginning was to attempt a Nigerian Scam. I have the cancelled check.

"I don't understand this claim. I googled the doctor and this appears to be a real person. The only thing the claimant says is that this claim is regarding a personal loan. Do you physically know this person? If you made a personal loan to a real person, that is NOT a Nigerian scam - it's just a loan that needs to be repaid. A Nigerian scam would be if someone was impersonating the doctor online or by phone etc. and you sent the money to Nigeria. Please clarify."
